Marathon Aviation Associates is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative.

 

Key duties are to provide concierge pre-arrival information for customers and communicate aircraft arrivals, fuel orders, ground transportation, and catering orders to line service technicians. Answers the telephone, monitors incoming email, processes sales transactions. Closes out the credit card system, and balances the daily receipts. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed, is required. Must be a highly motivated self-starter who works well with minimal supervision and has multitasking abilities as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with the aviation industry is a plus. Familiarity with online POS systems is helpful, but not necessary. Generous perks and benefits, including competitive wages, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement. Pay rate $17-$19/hr.

  • High School Diploma, or GED
  • Some Post-Secondary Education, or Associates Degree
  • Attained the age of 21
  • High Degree of Customer Service Excellence and Professional Demeanor
  • Proven Customer Service Excellence, and Professional Skills
  • No Felony Convictions
  • No DUI Convictions, last 5 years
  • Clean Driving Record last 3 years
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen Required

Marathon Aviation Associates is looking for candidates for the position of Line Service Technician.

 

Key duties are servicing private and corporate aircraft day and night, maintaining fuel inventory, and safely towing, storing, and retrieving aircraft from hangars. Other duties include lavatory services, loading and unloading baggage, and performing and coordinating maintenance of airport buildings, hangar doors, traffic gates, fuel farms, and pumps. Must have a clean driver’s license, be in good physical shape, be able to lift at least 80 pounds, and be capable of repetitive bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and working in all climates including severe weather. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed, is required. Must be a highly motivated self-starter who works well with minimal supervision and has multitasking abilities as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with the aviation industry is a plus.
